How to prepare for your first appointment:
Before your first appointment, if able, please fill out the Health Questionnaire found here, and bring the completed form with you to your visit. Also, bring your I.D., insurance card and therapy prescription/order. Please arrive 15minutes prior to your appointment to fill out additional paperwork.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapists examine each person and then develops a treatment plan to improve their ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Therapists evaluate your movement potential and help individuals maximize their quality of life through treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation.
- Pre and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation of neck, back, hips, knees and ankle.

- Pain relieving modalities including ultrasound, electronical stimulation, manual therapy, and traction
- Vestibular rehab (treatment of dizziness and positional changes and balance)

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is a treatment designed to help people adapt in relation to injuries, illnesses, disabilities, and pain that may make it difficult to carry out everyday tasks. Anyone struggling with job tasks, self-care, household chores, or movement and/or strength can benefit from occupational therapy and the tools it provides.
Occupational therapy is provided for out-patient, in patient and Swing Bed settings for a broad range of conditions such as:
- Pre and Post Surgery Treatment of Dysfunctions of the Hand, Wrist, Elbow and Shoulder
- Custom Fabricated Splints for the Upper Extremity
- Self-Care and Activities of Daily Living
- Education for Home Modification or Adaptation
- Adaptive Equipment Training and Education
- Treat arthritic conditions of the upper extremities
Speech Therapy
Speech-language pathologists (sometimes called speech therapists) assess and treat people who have speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. They also treat clients who have problems swallowing. Speech therapy is provided for out-patient, in-patient, and Swing Bed Settings for a broad range of conditions including:
- Treatment of Speech, Language, Cognitive, Swallowing Disorders
- Dysphagia and Swallowing Disorders
- Aphasia
- Dysarthria
- Voice
- Language
- Cognition (Memory and Problem Solving)
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication
- Articulation
- Fluency (Stuttering)
- Modified Barium Swallow (Cookie Swallow)
Lymphedema Management
Lymphedema therapy focuses on relieving swelling in the arms and legs by moving lymphatic fluid out of the affected limbs. It can also prevent additional swelling. Treatments include:
- Manual Lymph Drainage
- Compression Therapy
- Remedial Exercises
- Skin Care
