Francesville Family Medicine is conveniently located in downtown Francesville, Indiana. The clinic is staffed by two nurse practitioners, Chantel Anderson, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, and Donald Greer, FNP-BC. As family nurse practitioners, Chantel and Donnie can treat patients of all ages for a range of conditions.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Chantel is also able to see individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Francesville Family Medicine is open Monday – Friday each week.

Both Chantel and Donnie are welcoming new patients.
