Pulaski Memorial Hospital
Pulaski Memorial Hospital offers an on-site, full-service inpatient and outpatient specimen collection and analysis laboratory. Our laboratory associates use state-of-the-art analyzers to process a patient’s lab work accurately. Patient results are electronically sent or faxed to their ordering or family physician.

Our experienced staff members provide prompt, friendly, comprehensive services. Every effort is made to complete each patient’s lab work in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Outpatient services are available. Physician’s orders are required for all laboratory tests. Orders may be faxed to (574) 946-2198. Advanced scheduling may be required for certain tests. Please register at the Front or ER Admissions prior to reporting to the laboratory.
