Cynthia ‘Nicole’ Oezer, AGNP, has been with PMH since 2019.

As an Advanced Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Nicole can treat adolescents, adults, and seniors with common conditions, illnesses, and injuries.

Nicole also provides annual wellness visits and physicals for CDL applications.

Nicole is accepting new patients at our Knox Clinic.
