PMH Adds Two New Providers

Pulaski Memorial Hospital is excited to announce the arrival of two outstanding additions to our clinical staff, Daniel C. Baxter, D.O., and Alex Chrzan, PA-C.
Dr. Baxter joins our surgical team as an experienced General Surgeon with a deep background in both operative care and emergency medicine. He is board-certified in general surgery and brings more than 20 years of experience from his previous tenure in Michigan.
Dr. Baxter is a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing his residency at Michigan State University and the Henry Ford Health System.
As a General Surgeon, Dr. Baxter can treat a wide variety of conditions, including breast, gallbladder, appendix, gastric, and skin excisions, and has extensive experience in laparoscopic procedures and upper and lower endoscopies.

Alex Chrzan joins us as a Physician Assistant specializing in Orthopedic Surgery. Alex has a proven track record of providing high-quality perioperative and postoperative care.
Originally from Francesville, Alex earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.
As a Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics, Alex is skilled at diagnosing a range of orthopedic conditions, with a particular focus on upper-extremity and general orthopedics. He can provide fracture care and management, including casting and splinting. He can also assist with surgical cases, including joint, spine, and podiatry procedures.
Alex will join Dr. Gene Fedor and Dr. Scott Fielder in our Orthopedic department. Alex will work alongside both physicians to provide high-quality orthopedic care five days a week.
