At PMH we strive to fulfill our mission of providing you quality, safe care by employing highly skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring excellence in technology and developing comprehensive treatment programs to meet your needs.

You can help us provide this care by asking us questions when you don't understand something or need more information, and encouraging your family, with your permission, to do the same. If at any time during your stay we are not delivering on our promise, please tell us right away. Giving us the opportunity to respond to your concerns offers us the best chance of achieving our goal of outstanding patient satisfaction.

Advance Directives

Advance Directives

As we age, it's important to start thinking about advance directives and living wills. These are difficult but necessary topics to discuss with our loved ones, as they ensure that our wishes are known and respected in the event of a medical emergency. Having these hard conversations can provide peace of mind for both us and our families.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching

Do you suffer from diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or congestive heart failure (CHF)?

Health coaching, also referred to as wellness coaching, is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavioral changes by helping clients to listen to their inner vision, identify their values, and transform their goals into accomplishment.
