Requirements
Knowledge of Medical Office Procedures, including staffing and customer service. Understanding of front and back office staff responsibilities and workflows. Required to work onsite at their assigned location to adequately perform the duties of the position; time onsite to be determined by the physican practice manager for each location. Knowledge of computer systems used in practice management. At least two years experience in provider practice or clinic health setting preferred.
