Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant or successful completion of Nursing fundamentals in an accredited nursing school to provide excellent care for our patients. CPR certified or obtained upon hire. The Patient Care Tech (PCT) reflects the mission, vision and values of Pulaski Memorial Hospital, adheres to the organization's Standards of Behavior and Corporate Compliance, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines. The PCT is accountable and responsible for providing personal care to our patients with the goal of optimizing health with a safe return to home. The PCT collaborates and works with other members of our healthcare team to provide safe, effective and efficient care across the continuum.
